This is a health and safety hazard. Tarquin's occupation (knight) does NOT meet regulatory standards. The whole place is an insane fire hazard, and there should be blooming purple medkits in every stairwell.
The architecture of Blighttown is very strange! It's like someone broke up an armada and then strung it as scaffolding down the side of a cistern built by giants. Where did the ships come from- does Lordran even have any seas?
